M.S. Sport and Exercise Analytics | Certified Performance and Sport Scientist
While training as a collegiate athlete I became interested in leveraging data to augment the performance process. I’ve since completed a Masters in Sport and Exercise Analytics and become a Certified Performance in Sport Scientist. I currently serve as the Clinical Research Coordinator for the Bowerman Sport Science Center while coaching high school athletes in my free time.
I believe in the power of smart training, where data serves as a valuable tool—not a magic solution—in the coaching process. My goal is to combine traditional strength and conditioning principles with practical data collection to help athletes and clients reach their goals.
Thoughtfully collected data can enhance our decision-making process. By tracking the right metrics and combining them with what we see in training, we can make better-informed choices about program adjustments, recovery needs, and progression rates.
